Thank you for participating in the Seventh Annual LIFT 4 Autism Campaign! We are truly excited for the opportunity to highlight this incredible cause during World Autism Month. We’ll sponsor an online auction the last week of April. Funds raised will go toward Kulture City. Check out the diverse and remarkable programs they’ve created to help ASD families in so many ways here: www.kulturecity.org. We are honored to count them as our charitable partner again this year. Kulture City’s mission is to create a world where all individuals regardless of their disabilities /sensory needs can be accepted and included.
*We can ONLY accept tangible items or services that readers/bloggers/authors can bid on. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept gift cards since the card is already assigned a value. A good alternative would be to make a tax-deductible donation in the amount of the gift card to our Kulture City LIFT fund – Donate Directly to KultureCity Here – directly contributing to the total amount we donate when the campaign is complete. You can indicate that on the form, too.
A few examples of things participants have donated in the past are signed paperbacks, zoom/remote calls with readers, out-of-print or special edition books, annotated books, book-inspired art work, hard-to-get book-related items/swag, full catalogues, series sets, etc. Please be sure to read all the options and answer the questions as detailed as possible. This helps avoid issues after the auction closes.
The catalog for auction items will open on Monday, April 3, 2023. Bidding on auction items will be Monday, April 24 8:00 am EST through 5:00 pm EST on Friday, April 28, 2023.
