LiFT’s Next Steps: Donors & Winners
While we reconcile the last of the wining bidders’ payments, here are some important things to remember:
1. Winners: If you won an item but have not received your invoice, please check your spam/trash folder. The emails are generated by the auction site and sometimes go to spam. Payments are due by Monday, May 1st. If there is an issue with making a payment, please email us at Liftauction@gmail.com. Our assistant Melissa will help you out!
2. Donors: Emails with your donation’s winner contact information will be sent out later next week after payments are reconciled. (Since some auction site emails are sent to the spam/trash folder, we will send a follow up email from Liftauction@gmail.com to let you know the statements have gone out.) Please then be sure to reach out to your winner to confirm their mailing address, any personalization details, and shipping delays. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ITEMS UNTIL YOU HAVE CONFIRMATION FROM US THAT THE BIDDER HAS PAID.
